“Our teams Automotive/Cars and Automotive/Trucks consist of simulation experts with extensive know-how in automotive engineering. Together with our customers, we accelerate the development of future vehicle generations through the use of digital prototypes. An increasing degree of automation as well as extensive model, simulation and result checks guarantee the highest possible level of quality.”

MesH Engineering also offers students a professional environment for the development and design of chassis components, for simulative testing of their control systems and for lap time optimization. This enables students to identify and optimize relevant influencing variables and design parameters in the design phase, for example. Even during racing, track influences can be detected and the optimal driving line can be identified.
In this environment, our experts also benefit from fresh and creative ideas that our students contribute from the university.
The Formula Student is an international design competition for students who compete against each other in various competitions at home and abroad with racing cars developed and manufactured by themselves. In approx. 10 months of construction and development work, a single-seater racing car is created, which has to compete in the subsequent competitions (in Silverstone, Barcelona, Hockenheim, Spielberg, Michigan, partly China) in various disciplines. The overall victory of a competition is won by the team with the best overall package consisting of components such as design, race performance, financial planning, energy efficiency and sales arguments.
